By using Rapport you agree to these terms.
The service
Rapport translates speech and text between languages. Translations are produced automatically and can contain mistakes; check anything important, especially medical, legal or financial information.
Subscriptions
Pro, Pro+ and Unlimited are auto-renewable subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
Online time
Online time is counted while listening with online recognition; offline translation is not counted. Monthly allowances reset each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Hour packs are valid for one year from purchase. The 1-Day Pass is valid for 24 hours from purchase and can be bought once per account. Unlimited is subject to fair use.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Don't use Rapport to record people without the consent required where you are, to break the law, or to overload or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Rapport is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from translations, interruptions or data you choose to share.
